Arch supplies perforated sheet metal with a louver design treated with a powder coating surface. Louvered sheet metal is mostly supplied in rectangular long sheet form suitable for indoor vent grilles. Perforated louver grating can be fabricated to certain size panels used as ventilation and screening accessories. The perforated louver panels /gratings are designed to allows easy flow of air at the same time decorates the walls or buildings. Materials can be stainless steel or aluminum sheets.

We also supplies welded louvre panels. This is a type of pressed grating constructed with transverse bars (louvers) pressed or lock into the bearing bars at an angle between 30o and 45o. Arch louvre gratings work as fencings to stop people from peering through — on bridges, gangways, elevated walkways, ventilation grilles and other sites. It has four different louver blade angles.

Typical louver design for the perforated screen has a high open area of  around 80%. The Louvers occupy an area of  9-1/2" x 1-3/4" centered on a face 11-1/2" x 3-3/4". Spacing between louvers are about 3/4".
